For him...

As soon as I got back from convention I realised that I had almost missed my cousin's and my uncle's brithdays, so I had to make some cards at top speed. Having been inspired by some great swaps and by Nicole Tidbold's presentation at convention (she had some fantastic ideas for male cards) I set off to make male cards.
I really wanted to use some DSP but only have 'Urban Garden'. I thought that might be a challange but it didn't turn out to be a problem as the colours and designs were really flexible. I roughed it up a bit by distressing the edges and I'm pretty happy with the way this card turned out. It's super easy and equally good for any age or gender, depending on the papers you choose.
As the Stampin' Up! DSP is on special offer this month I'll definately be investing in more - click on the image to the right and contact me today if you're like to order some too.

  1. What a fantastic card! Such a great male one, so simple, great layout, very effective! It's heading straight to my list of "must make!"

  2. That is a perfect Male card Denise, I think I will have to store it away in my memory for the next Male card I need to make.
